Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium with new wood flooring, new appliances, very attractive contemporary furnishings in private country club community, just 4 miles to beach. Situated in Palm Beach County, USA. Tropical temperatures and lots of sunshine. 3 championship golf courses and tennis in the community (additional charge) and country club. Pool is just 100 feet to the gorgeous outdoor heated pool. Air conditioning. Enclosed patio with rattan furniture and dining for 4. Equestrian community just a short distance away. Near Fort Lauderdale. 45 minuites to Miami. 2 hours to Disney Land.
We have completed a successful home exchange to Paris in March, 2008 and would love to do it again.

The community offers great bicycle riding, walking, quiet, golf, tennis, pool, near to popular night entertainment and restaurants.

We are a couple in our 50's, retired, and interested in exchanging a place in the cities of Paris, Rome, London and Barcelona and any Carribean Island or Baja Mexico and Riviera Coast of Mexico from May, 2007..or early 2008. We are from New York and New York City and have lived in Florida for 2 years. My career was as an advertising executive and later as a property manager. My husband was the building inspector for a town in New York. We have successfully had a home exchange in March , 2008 and are anxious to try anywhere.
