Exchange with my gorgeous, nicely furnished, sunny, 2 bedroom apt., first floor in elevator building, in central Rome -Italy overlooking the Tiber, the famous Ancient Rome river (air cond., plasma flat tv w/cable national and international news and movies -Italian/English), less then a 10 minute drive to the historical center, main shopping areas and Roman monuments (the Vatican, the Sistin Chapel, the Colosseo, etc.).
It DOESN'T NEED TO BE A SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE - my apt. will be available most of the time during the year.

Quartier

The center of the City (main shopping areas, historical monuments and sites, etc.) is a 10 minute drive from my apt. Public transportation (Bus or "Tram") are a 5/10 minute walk from my door!
Just around the block: banks, groceries, markets, newstands, teather.

I'm a Writer and Journalist living mainly in the U.S. (New York City) where I work for an international bi-lingual cultural monthly magazine distributed nationally in Italy and in New York.
My two young children live with their mum in Rome, so I travel to Rome for a few weeks every two months.

Destination

I need a one bedroom apt. or studio starting any time from this early Nov. 2007 - one week minimum to 2 months, short or longer periods.

It DOESN'T NEED TO BE A SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE - my apt. is available most of the time during the year.
