Maison

This casual full dormered Cape Cod style house has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with a full size bed. It has a modern extra large eat in kitchen with attached sun room, a living room with 36" high definition satellite television, a den/office with a high speed internet access computer, a dining room, a family room with wood stove and 2 full bathrooms. Attached to the sun room is a large outside deck overlooking the perennial gardens, and French brook which is loaded with native brook trout. Outside, the house is surrounded with grass lawns, vegetable and herb garden's, a grape vine arbor and other well established plantings.

Quartier

Gore Meadow is located on Kearsarge Mountain Road 4 miles from the village of Warner and walking distance to Rollins State Park that has an auto-road leading to the top of Kearsarge Mountain. The village has several quaint shops to browse through including a book store, a kitchen gadget store and hand made jewelry shop. There are several local artisans and 2 wonderful galleries to explore within the village. Warner boasts of its award winning library which is the oldest established library in NH. There is a wonderful food establishment called the Foothills that has the most delicious breakfasts you can imagine. There are 2 museums, the Warner Indian Museum with many Native American artifact displays and the Telephone Museum which chronicles the development of communication during the last century. Warner also has a large modern grocery store conveniently located within a short drive.

We are professionally employed males. I am a Director at a local non-profit organization and my partner is a Development Director at a College here in NH. We enjoy outside activities including kayaking, hiking, working on our home and gardens, and our pet dog Jax, a rat terrier.

Destination

Dates are flexible. Would like to visit any south west states or somplace in Ireland would be great!
