Lovely flat, 75 m2, ideally located in the center of Marseille. Beams, apparents stones. Very calm (cars are not allowed in the street, which is full of shops).
Us kitchen in a big living room Internet and cable TV, Big plasma screen. AC. Dishwasher and washing machine.
1 big bedroom (2 persons) and 1 little office. Auxiliary bed available for a child.
1 bathroom (shower) simple but very clean
A car swap is also possible (old little car but without any technical problems)
Caution : 5th floor without elevator.

Quartier

In the full heart of Marseilles, It's a very commercant district, you will be less than five minutes by feet from the old harbour (and it's fantastic's restaurants !) theaters and Opera, 20 minutes of road to the Calanques, 30 minutes of road of Aix-en-Provence, and of the small typically ports such as Cassis. The town main beaches are 15 minutes away by car.

My husband and I married in 2007. He is a lawyer and I am a Human Resources manager. We're both near 30 years old.
We don't have childs but they are welcome in our place.

We are a friendly, open-minded, clean and respectful couple.

We are smokers but we won't smoke in your house if it is not allowed.

Destination

We are really open, and we don't have yet a precise idea of what we wan't, so do not hesitate to contact us.

For the summer we would like a long exchange (2 or 3 weeks in august), anf for other dates a few days to one week can be studied.
