Nice apartment (60 sq m) placed on the ground floor of our detached house. It is located on a green hilltop near the village of Carmignano, countryside, only 20 km far from Florence, in panoramic position. From the house you can admire a great view over Florence valley. The apartment has an independent entry, common parking area outside our property, private garden (200 sq), swimming-pool and solarium. The swimming-pool (4,50 m x 7,50m) is in common use with us and it is usually open from half May to end of September. The apartment is made up of one large bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a cooking area (there is a gas stove, a gas oven, a refrigerator with a little deep freezer, a washing machine) and a double bed sofa, one bathroom with box shower, one store-room. The living-room open to a garden planted with Mediterranean species and equipped with table and chairs for dining in open air and with deck-chairs to lie in the sun. We exchange this apartment from half October to end of March. We let it from April to half October and so during this period we can exchange the apartment on the first floor where we live. We also own and exchange another apartment at the seaside in Tuscany near Follonica, Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia. It is placed in Gavorrano, a medieval hamlet 10 km far from the sea. It is let from June to August so we can exchange it in the other period. Details and pictures of the last 2 apartments will be send on request.
