Maison

We offer a fully renovated 4 Bedroom/3 Bath private home on 1/4 acre lushly landscaped with private pool. Our master Bedroom has an oversized King Bed, Guest Bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed in each of our kids rooms. All 3 baths have been redone with Italian tile and the kitchen has granite countertops. There is surrond sound system with 40" LCD flat screen TV in the family room.

We are in a desirable family neighborhood within the city limits of Boca Raton and a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Boca beaches.

Quartier

Our neighborhood is unique for Boca in that every house is different and there are beautiful oak trees throughout. It is an upper end, non-gated community with some of the houses on the ocean access Hillsborough Canal. There is a great park two blocks from the house and we are east of I-95.

We are a family of four - I am a 44 yr old General Manager of a company that produces tile in 5 countries and sells truckloads throughout the US. My wife is a stay-at-home mom to our two lovely daughters ages 13 and 11. We love to travel and have done 6 very successful exchanges already!

Destination

We are open to ski and mountain destinations as well as exotic beach locations like Hawaii or Fiji as an example. We also love Europe but try us out for whatever.

Willing to exchange automobiles as well
