We offer a simultaneous or non simultaneous exchange of a one bedroom apt which consists a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, gas range, toaster, small oven, microwave, T.V. cables. A/C.Hot spot for wireless ADSL. It can accommodate 2 adults and a child. There is a private bathroom (doush+w.c). External window overlooks the garden. The apartment is fully airconditioned. Car park covered in the garden.
The apartment is attached to our house, but has a separate entrance to preserve its privacy. the house is about 40 years old but in a good condition.

Quartier

The village of Bet zayit is a former agricultural cooperative which offers a very calm and rustic environment amidst a beautiful mountain landscape.We are about 10 minutes drive to Ein kerem , a picturesque biblical village , the birth place of John the baptist .
Around our house we have a plot of about 20 acres of a garden of fruit trees and herbes. 10 minutes drive from Bet Zayit- shopping center and modern mall. Bus service to Jerusalem 8 times per day-20 minutes drive.Bus station - 5 minutes walk from our house. Mountain trails and horses ride around. In case of emergency we are 10 minutes drive to Hadassa hospital the biggest hospital in the Middle East. Abu Ghosh village is 5 minutes drive-famous for its oriental food . Our minimarket is 5 minutes walk in the center of the village. 40 minutes drive to the Dead Sea the lowest point in the world.

Ilana - retired teacher and Avi retired professor (over 60). spoken languages-Hebrew , English and French a little Greek. Ilana born in Jerusalem Avi in Vienna.Interests- sightseeing-historical and nature. Swimming in the see . Beach is a must for our exchange.4 children-8 grand children.Exchange only for the two of us. Our daughters family(two kids) lives in Melbourne , Australia -we would love an exchange which will join them partly too during our stay in Australia.
