Beautifully furnished and fabulously maintained elegant and sunny 2 bedroom inner city appartment with views to the lake and very close 2 minute walk to Lake Gininderra across the road and 2 minute walk to the town center in the City of Belconnen, one of the 5 satellite cities of the nations capital in the Australian Capital Territory.

Spa bath in large bathroom, laundry, 2 bedrooms, granite covered benchtops in the well appointed kitchen, gass BBQ on the spacious balcony. Fully climate controlled with reverse cycle airconditioning.

Quartier

I bought our appartment several years ago because it offered so much amenity. We can walk to the major shopping mall with Depatment stores, Cinemas, coffee shops in less than 2 minutes and just across the road is the 'Boardwalk' precinct with cafes, resturants, and the beauty of the lake and the people.

Across the road in the other direction is the major Bus interchange providing easy access to all cities in the ACT cheaply and a 20 minute ride will take you to the centre of Canberra, Woden or Tuggeranong Cities that along with Belconnen make up Canberra A.C.T.

Belconnen lies 280 km (174 mi) south-west of Sydney, and 650 km (404 mi) north-east of Melbourne. Beaches are 2 hrs away by car and the snow firlds are 2.5 hrs drive.

I am Steve, a semi-retired businessman who at 55 now has the opportunity to do some more traveling that I had put on hold while my 2 daughters were growing up and completing their studies.

I love my appartment and will respect and maintain yours like I do with our own very well. My Lexus 4200SC motor vehicle can be included in any exchange.

Destination

We are happy to exchange for a bedsitter, 1, 2 or more bed rooms would be fine as well. We are just 2 who share a bed in our travel party so we do not really need too much.

We are adventurous and very, very happy to consider all offers from all over the world as well as Australia.

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange, the dates and length of exchange are flexible

We are very keen to fully consider all opportunites.

We would be interested in exchanging from as short as 2-4 weeks to as long as 6-8 months and could easily consider long term of 1 year.
