Spacious (about 1200 square feet/120 square meters) centrally- located apartment 5 minute walk from St. Peter's/Castel Sant Angelo in Prati neighborhood. Apartment has all mod cons, satellite TV, high-speed internet, washer and dryer. 2.5 Bedrooms with extra sleeping in living room, child friendly, two bathrooms. Elevator building.

Quartier

The Prati neighborhood is a fantastic combination of a genuine Roman residential area with great shopping and fantastic restaurants that is well communicated and has great accesss to all the sites. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to St. Peter's/Castel Sant Angelo another 10 minutes and you can be in Piazza Navona or Piazza del Popolo and then on to Spanish Steps or Pantheon. Some of the best bus and tram lines pass right by the flat and one of Rome's only 2 metro lines is a short walk as well.

À propos de nous

We are a family of four, us working professionals, Im a foreign corrrespondent for a major news agency and my wife works in market and cultural training. The children are now 4.5 and 2.5 and well behaved. Between us we speak Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese, but I have to admit that my 4 year old speaks better Italian than I do!

Destination

We are looking to exchange our large, spacious apartment located in the center of Rome for a ski apartment in the French or Italian Alps/Dolomites, preferably Chamonix, Valle D'isire and Serre Chevalier.
