We would like to exchange our furnished North Berkeley, California house near university, restaurants, shops, public transportation, etc. for your Sydney, Australia house or large apartment. We are 2 parents and 2 well-behaved children moving to Sydney approx December 1st 2007 for about 4 months. Dates are somewhat flexble. We're looking for a 2 or 3 BR in a family-friendly neighborhood. Our house (1500 sq. ft.) has a master BR, a kids BR with bunkbeds, guest BR, new kitchen, playroom, 2 bathrooms and a big back yard (with play structure). Fully furnished, highspeed internet. Terrific neighborhood is walking distance to everything and 20 minutes by car to San Francisco.

Quartier

Quiet neighborhood is short walk to supermarket and the "gourmet ghetto" of world-reknowned restaurants and shops. A slightly longer walk to the university and all its cultural amenities and to the BART (public transportation into San Francisco, etc.) It's a 20 min drive into San Francisco. Lots of outdoor activities nearby.

We are two professional parents and two well-behaved children, 7 and 4 years old.

Destination

We must be in Sydney for work for about 4 months. Dates are somewhat flexible.
