Comfortable, light filled south facing, 900 square foot condo with 14'x8' balcony for outdoor dining/lounging, that overlooks the trees and flowers of a pedestrian park. 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, laundry room. Soothing, beautiful, contemporary decor.
Cable TV, highspeed Internet.

Building has a gym, squash court, large rooftop deck and outside garden area. Safeway, shops, restaurants, beach and Stanley Park are just steps away.

Quartier

This is a perfect neighbourhood and we love it here! We're in the city, but looking out our windows we see the leafy greens of large, mature chestnut and weeping birch trees. We also love the convenience, as we're just steps away from grocery stores, shops and restaurants as well as the seawall, the beach at English Bay, and of course, Stanley Park. It's about a 10-15 min walk to the upscale shops on Robson and a 20 min walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery, main library and the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Since moving here, I gave up my car and either walk, bike or take the bus or skytrain.

Biking and walking round here are favourite activities. The many paths round the seawall and through the park are very scenic.
