Maison

Our condo is a two bedroom/two bath unit which faces the Pacific Ocean on the Baja Peninsula. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The master bedroom and living room/dining room area face the ocean with sliding glass doors that lead to a terrace which is great for dining. You can walk right into the sand from the terrace and to the ocean. Our condo is approximately 1500sf and is decorated in typical Mexican style. Our beach is at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula where the Pacific mets the Sea of Cortez. It is called El Arco (the Arch) because of the arch of rock that separates the two bodies of water. The gated community where we live has 3 swimming pools, one of which has a Palapa Bar for dining and drinking. There is also a communal tennis court. Our condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

Quartier

Cabo San Lucas is currently one of the "destinations of choice" in a number of travel magazines. There is much to do here if you love to be outside. Beautiful golf courses throughout the area, some of the best sport fishing in the world, water sports of all kinds and shopping are just a few. If you enjoy night life, there are many dining and clubbing experiences here as well. The weather in Cabo is almost always sunny and warm. There is always an ocean breeze which makes it quite pleasant. Our condo is in a gated community which ensures privacy but is a short walk to town and the marina where the action is abundant.

À propos de nous

We are Monica and Richard, a middle aged retired couple. We presently live in Cabo San Lucas but also have an apartment in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which we would be willing to exchange as well. We are looking for adventures in other countries. Although we would consider periods of exchange less than a month, our preference would be to exchange for one month or more at a time.

Destination

We could do a non-simultaneous exchange depending upon the time of year and our other exchange options. We prefer to spend at least one month in a location but would consider shorter periods. Our dates are very flexible depending upon the location of the exchange.
