We eagerly await our first home exchange either in Australia or overseas. Our place has a cosmopolitan pulse about it. It is a modern warehouse conversion in the suburb of Collingwood and is 10 min tram and train away from the city(downtown). The warehouse comprise 5 levels of timber floors with the kitchen and living area right on the top floor. We have 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and massive living area. Melbourne is known for it's vibrant arts scene, a multicultural population, cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and pubs, world renowned sporting events and the worlds most livable city.

Quartier

We live in a grundy but safe neighborhood centrally located to everything including Woolworth in front of the tram stop. Collingwood is quickly changing demography, with more of the old warehouses converted into modern expensive warehouse apartments.

We are 2 singles working in IT industry as consultants. We have holidays out of Melbourne at least twice a year and travels a lot for work. We live a fairly busy life but enjoys holiday breaks in between. We both speak English. We know Melbourne very well - it's arts, dining places, bars, sporting & cultural events and will be happy to help out get your way around town. We have facilities and easy access to internet and can be easily contactable. We are near coffee shops with free wi-fi too.
