Maison

Our chalet is not in any rental pool. This is a very unique location and the home is nicely appointed. The view overlooks the main clocktower of the village and the mountains in the background. We have a huge stone woodburning fireplace vualted ceilings and wood floors. Outdoor hot tub is shared with one other chalet. The home can accomodate 6-8 people very comfortably, more with the use of additional bunk-beds and futons. There is a single car garage plus additional parking for 3+ more cars.

Quartier

Big White is a one hour drive from Kelowna international airport. This is a very popular ski area (check website at bigwhite.com). Lots of powder, excellent kids' programs and restaurants, spas and nightlife. Our home's location is unsurpassed.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 4. Our children are 8 and 6 years. My husband is a real estate developer and I am a designer/artist. We travel with the children a couple of times each year. We enjoy the outdoors, boating, mtn biking, skiing, hiking. We designed and built the chalet 9 years ago and use it every weekend in the winter.

Destination

Dates are flexible, and can be non-simultaneous for exchange, we will consider most places warm or cold, Canada and BC or International, including other ski hills. We would especially like to find a hot spot, mexico or US for a winter getaway. We would prefer ocean-front with higher than average ammenities and decor.

We also have a new two storey townhouse in downtown Vancouver (#12901) and a lovely beach cottage on lake Okanagan in Kelowna to exchange. Our family has a beachfront park-model in Sicamous at #14519.
