Maison

The appartment is very pleasant and luminous. It makes approximately 50m2 and there is parquet floor on the ground.
There is a great double stay of 30 m2 with a bed-settee or can sleep 2 people and an office, a room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a kitchen equiped with a refrigerator, a cooker, and a microwave.

Quartier

Tours is a very pleasant city with all the comodities. There are approximately 250.000 inhabitants and a lot of students ,so it's a very animated city. You will find there many bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas… It is also the best city for taste the French gastronomy with all the regional specialities and the wines of the Loire.

The castles of the Loire Valley are very meadows, between 2 km and 100km around the town of Tours.
The atlantic sea is also on 200km with the town of Nantes.


The district is residential and calm. There are no noises the night. But we find the principal district animated of bars and restaurants at 10 minutes with feet.
There is a supermarket in 50m and a biological market in 200m.
