Maison

My flat is located within easy-access (10min by bus) of the center of the city but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, other with a bunk for two people and another room which is a study but can accomodate another bed. It has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. It also has a big living-room (25 sqm), a nice kitchen well equipped and a big terrace facing a very big square with views of the city. It is a wonderful place to eat outside or to sunbathe. The flat is five years old, newly furnished and equipped with all cons: washing machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, drier, computer, internet conexion, TV, TDT, DVD, video etc.
The neighbours are quiet and nice.
A person will go to clean the house twice a week after the 15th of July.

Quartier

The neighbourhood is full of life during the day and quiet at night. In the big square in front of our house there is a children´s park and the square is full of children and people. There is a swimming-pool five minutes away and all the shops you can need are also five minutes away. There are local shops and big supermarkets in the area. My flat is in the middle of the neighbourhood so everything can be reached walking.
There are also pubs and restaurants in the area and the city centre is ten minutes away by bus. The bus stops at the big square in front of my house.
There are lots of young families but also quite a few older people around.
My city is located in the north of Spain, one hour away from the Pyrenees and one hour and a half away from France. The beach is also one hour away by car. Moreover, it is a great place to visit all the Basque country (San Sebastian and Bilbao) and the most famous wine area in Spain, La Rioja.
My city is very famous because of San Fermin, which is a world-wide known festival. Pamplona becomes full of people (more than two million of visitors) and the city is full of fun and extraordinary happenings. The most famous feature of san fermin is that every morning the bulls run in some streets. It is called the running of the bulls.

À propos de nous

We are a university lecturer and a teacher and have two lovely children, 8 and 2. We like walking, swimming, reading, watching TV, sightseeing and any outdoor sport.
We will look after your house carefully and hope you look after us just the same.

Destination

I would like to go somewhere near the beach and also close to a university.
I am open for dates but I think seeing my city from the 8th to the 15 th of July is worthwhile. It has to be a simultaneous exchange and I would also want to exchange cars.
