Maison

This is a 1500 square foot town home with a 2 car garage. It is a clean, freshly painted, and well kept, with an awesome sound system and TV. It is one story, but has a spacious loft that overlooks the living room. There is a gas grill and charcoal grill, all the applicances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refridgator, oven), new furniture. It is a pretty simple home otherwise, not much knickknacks or clutter in the home.

Quartier

It is located within 5 minutes of downtown in small community of other town homes. The neighbors look out for one another here, but mostly keep to themselves. The town homes are located like a typical town home community setup, with the homes sharing one wall with the neighbors. My neighbors are really cool, modern, and about 30 years old and I have never had any complaints. The grounds of the community are very nice, and I have about an acre of grass and trees on a small hill to the left of my home.

I am currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin. I am in my junior year here studying microbiology. I will attend medical school when I graduate at the University of Texas in Galveston. I will be coming with my younger brother, who also attends the University of Texas studying business law. I can speak Spanish fairly well and English of course.

Destination

I really want to get a place in Amsterdam. I have my break for the spring on from 3/07/08 to 3/17/08, so that would be the only times that someone could stay there. If it is only one or two people that are coming, I would be willing to let them stay there concurrently with me for a couple days if they would like, but I defineatley will not be at the home from 3/07/08 to 3/17/08.
