Maison

This old style apartment is our secondary residence. It is a two floors flat situated in a small town of Normandy, 10km from Deauville and 7 km from Cabourg, 2 hours by train from Paris. It has a very sunny living room with kitchen, one double bed room, one single bed child room and another single bed small room. It is 100m from the sea. All the shops are at 5minutes walk.
We work in universities in Paris and leave most of the year in Paris.

Quartier

The place is most of the time very quiet. As it is in downtown, there is a market, twice a week. there is a beautiful seasight and the country all around. A lot of walks can be done in the countryside. There are a lot of possibilities of horse riding and sailing.

À propos de nous

We are a couple with one child of 5. We work as professors in psychology and human ressource at universities. We will make the exchange with one or two others friends. We are open concerning the destinations and the dates.
We could exchange our apartment in Paris near Opera too but this apartment need to be renovated.
