Maison

Our home is 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths located one block from historic Haddonfield, New Jersey. You may check out the town by going to the following website: www.haddonfieldnj.org. Our home is furnished comfortably. One bedroom is a master suite with a bathroom. Another has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has bunk beds and the fourth is a bedroom fit for a princess. The attached are pictures from May of 2005. More recent pictures will be posted. Our brand new 2008 GMC Acadia is optional. There is a child play structure in the backyard with a slide and swings. There is also a sandbox and basketball hoop and large golf tee and net. Right behind our home is another large park and basketball courts. We have bikes, workout equipment, beach and pool gear and all the toddler toys you could ever want. We also have 7 t.v.s, game systems, dvd player, vcr's and 2 stereos.

Quartier

It is a village that was settled in the 1680's. Very charming, with wonderful restaurants and shops. Our town boasts many parks as well as a pond and a river where bike riding and walks are enjoyed by many. We are located 10 minutes from Philadelphia and about an hour from the shore. We are also about 1 1/2 hours driving to New York City and 3 hours to Washington D.C. The train to Philadelphia/NYC/DC is located 1 1/2 blocks away. This are primarily young families in our community. We boast one of the best school districts in the state. There are a lot of sports venues in Philadelphia to enjoy and we are also about an hours drive from Atlantic City, if you enjoy gambling. We have very friendly neighbors. We have a maid service every two weeks but they could come more frequently, should you need them.

We are a family of 7. My husband is a professional in the insurance industry and I am a flight attendant for American Airlines. My husband has been with his company for 17 years and I have worked for American for 23 years. 2 of our children are off to college. Our daughter begins her Master's program this fall at University of Texas after being in the AmeriCorp for a year and our son is a junior at University of Tennessee. We also have 15 and 10 year old sons and a 34 month old daughter. The exchange would just be for 5 of us, as the big kids are traveling on their own this summer. We are very neat and take very good care of things. We have two cats that are also a big part of our family. We don't mind caring for your plants and pets.

Destination

We are fairly flexible on dates. We would also love to visit Great Britain, Italy, Australia, The Carribean and Hawaii as well as other beautiful places in the U.S.
