A lovely 2-storey 3 bedroom townhouse located 100 meters away from the famous Takapuna Beach, North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand. Near corner of Clifton and Hauraki Roads. Location see google map Link: <http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=-36.789663,174.778554&spn=0.012115,0.019956&t=k&z=16&om=1>.
We are going away to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Los Angeles, California, USA, and Paris, France between 05 Nov and 25 Dec 2007.
If anyone is in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, or Paris, and wants to come to New Zealand to have a summer beach holiday during your winter time, please contact me.

Quartier

This is a quiet neighbourhood, no loud parties allowed. You can hear and smell the beach from the house. Only 100 meters away from the Beach. You can walk to local shops and supermarket within 10 minutes. You can walk along the beach to reach North Shore city centre within 20 mins.

À propos de nous

We don't smoke and don't have pets. So we want you to be the same. We have a little baby (1 year old), so there is a cot in our house. Both of us are in our 30s and working in the University of Auckland.
