My beautiful apartment has floorboards throughout, security, car space (car aswell if needed... the one in the photo), washing machine/dryer, 32 inch LCD HDTV with DVD/CD player,shared backyard (private beer garden);
both bedrooms have double beds- one with dressing table room, broadband internet (imac intel computer).
dining room has beautiful dining table and bench seats; bathroom has deep bath.
overall, the apartment is clean and safe and completely comfortable.

Quartier

My apartment is so central to everywhere its not funny!
Haberfield is an italian community, with cafes and restaurants everywhere.
public transport is a breeze, either bus or train.
ashfield park is 100 metres away and is one of the finest urban landscapes in Sydney (1885). It features big phoenix palms, a war memorial, a children's playground with a statue of Mary Poppins, a monument to International Mother Language Day built by former artist-in-residence Ian Marr and the Bangladeshi community, a statue of Philippines national hero Jose Rizal, a sporting field and one of Sydney's oldest bowling clubs.
surrounding suburbs are ashfield, leichhardt, glebe (cafes) and close to vibrant newtown and enmore .
leichhardt bay is 15 minute walk.
the city harbour is 30 minutes public transport.
bondi beach 25 minute drive (cross city tunnel).
blue mountains one and half hour drive.

Destination

i am really wanting to find an apartment in greenwich village, actually anywhere in the big apple will do! (or nearby!). am open to other parts of the states...
i want to give my 15 year old daughter an experience she will never forget
