Maison

Comfortable home in a neighborhood of family residences. Private swimming pool, lanai, screened-in cage (yes, spring and summer we have bugs in Florida!). Ranch house, one floor, 2000 square feet (180 sq mete res.) Central air conditioning, modern kitchen with dis washer, microwave, electric stove, ice-maker refrigerator and every imaginable appliance and kitchen tool (we love to cook when we don't eat out!). Living room, den open floor plan with wood burning fireplace. King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in body jet shower, soaking tub and his and her sinks. Guest bedroom with queen size wall bed, third bedroom is used as an office. Guest bath with tub/shower.

Quartier

City neighborhood on quiet, private road. Shopping centers with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, multi-screen cinema and many, many shops, just a short drive away. Beaches at Longboat Key and Siesta Key about 20 minutes by auto. St. Armand's Circle, west coast Florida's answer to Rodeo Drive is on Lido Key, about 15 minute drive. Ten minutes to downtown Sarasota art galleries, opera, theaters, hundreds of restaurants from pub food to world class, and the not to miss Ringling Museum. Sarasota airport (SRQ) is 20 minutes away, and Tampa's international airport (TPA) is about 45 minutes. Theme parks in Orlando via expressway in less than 2 hours.

À propos de nous

Kathy and Arnie are retired, have lived in Florida since 1994 and we enjoy all that it has to offer. Theater, art galleries, museums, classical music is what we seek on our home exchanges. Our home is comfortably furnished and we have enjoyed many home exchanges in Europe and in the U.S.A. over the past few years. We love to travel we look forward to sharing our Florida home with similarly interested travelers.

Destination

Our beach house in Anna Maria, Florida, about 45 minutes from Sarasota, is also available for exchange. So. our exchanges need not be simultaneous. Generally, we prefer to travel in autumn or spring; winter only if we are going to someplace mild and warm.
