Maison

Our house is located in an elegant condominium with doorman service 365 days /year. The apartment is about 200 msq and it has a total of 5 rooms (3 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room) plus a little storage room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 terraces. It is clean, sunny and well furnished. It has all comforts (TV, HiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet access, heating).

Quartier

The house is located in the heart of Rome, in Trastevere, one of the most famous and picturesque city areas. Trastevere is plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops, movie theatre and artistical attractions. However, the house has the further advantage of being situated in a particularly quite spot, in front of the Botanic Garden. This makes the place far from noise, being also surrounded by large green space, that is generally not very common in the very historical centre of Rome. Furthermore, the building is in front of the 15th century Palazzo Corsini, central headquarter of most ancient scientic Academy of the world (Acdemia de' Lincei).

Me and my husband are both Professors at the School of Medicine of the University of Rome "la Sapienza". We have a 4 years olds on .
We care a lot about our apt, so that we are interested in a nice apt that we will certainly keep clean and in excellent conditions.

Destination

We prefer sunny and warm places (Caraibbean, Maldive, Virgin Island, Thailandia, etc.). However, we are open to any offer and suggestion. For longer vacations (July-August, and Christmas time)
During the year we might be interested in short (week-end) exchange for locations around Europe (main cities).
We prefer a simultaneous exchange, but for some periods we might be available for non-simultaneous exchange. Please contact us and let's see if we can arrange a possible date for exchange. The date for exchange should not be necessairly confined to the July and August as indicated.
