Three double bedrooms with full bathroom and vestier for each one on the second floor as well as Computer, Wireless Internet access (covers all area) and TV, electronic games and reading area. Nice temperature all year round, 20-25C degrees. Spectacular city view from the front terrace where you can seat, enjoy and relax any time of the day or night. Mostly sunny and perfect weather, surrounded by trees and garden.

Garden maintenance, garbage pick up, clean, safe and most beautiful landscape. We are a family of 5. León is an Information and Network consultant engineer, Ana is a real state agent. Our elderst daughter Susana (19) is a fashion design student in the USA, Paulina (17) is about to finish high school and Ricardo (10) is in elementary school. We speak fluent english and spanish.The kids also speak some french.We like to travel and visit new places, as well as offering the children new experiences. We have traveled to the USA many times, Dominican Republic, Canada and some other places.
Our main interest is to visit cultural places, share experiencies and get to know new friends. It will be wonderful to meet other families or people that will like to visit and experience the beauty of our tropical country and city. You will love it! We even have foreign friends you can contact just in case.

Destination

It should be a simultaneous exchange. The dates could be flexible. We would like to go to Europe. Prefered countries are: France, Spain, Italy and England.
