Maison

We live in French Hill, a lovely suburb of Jerusalem. The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms, an office, living/dining room and kitchen. In addition we have a third bedroom and a workroom that we are considering closing, but that could be open to negoiation.

There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster oven, micro, stove, cable, internet access, stationary bicycle, television, computer.

We would like to spend time near our daughter and are therefore searching for an exchange with an apartment/house in Thornhill, Ontario or area. We are flexible as to length of time, and/or time of year as we are retired. Looking forward to hearing from you.


Quartier

We love our neighbourhood. There is trees, and lovely neighbours, many of whom are English speaking. The area was originally built for Americans and Canadians, according to the Safdi method (tucked into the hillside) There is an excellent sports club nearby, with a great swimming pool. There is a supermarket and small shopping centre within walking distance, and the transpotation system is great, there are a number of buses going in various directions, to the city of Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Mall, the Central Bus Station.

À propos de nous

My husband and I are retired (engineer and human resource professional) and want to spend time with our daughter who lives in Thornhill, north Toronto. We are looking for a couple who would like to visit Jerusalem, and would exchange house/apartment with us.

Ideally, we would like to spend a longer period than the usual few weeks - perhaps two months, or even longer. The time of year does not matter.

Destination

We are very flexible with the dates we would leave or return, but do want to stay for a minimum of one month.
