Our home is comfortable . It has a very large eat in kitchen and a large living room . 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 single beds. 2 full bathrooms and One half bath. The backyard is large ,great for drinks in the evening . There is plenty of garden furniture to spend a quiet and relaxing afternoon. There is also an outdoor kitchen area . we have a home theatre room with a 60 inch high def T.V Wonderful neighbours and a very safe and quiet neighbourhood . Our house is very close to the beach. we do not want to swap with any homes that allow smoking. We are very allergic and do not want to stay in a home where there are smokers nor do we want to have smokers in our home






Quartier

Bristol is a small seaside town within easy reach of providence Boston and New york either by public transport or by car.Our house is a great base for all three cities. Newport with its world famous mansions is 20 minutes driving distance and has hundreds of small shops and resturants .Bristol has great restaurants many of them right on the water .We live on a very quiet small street 2 minutes walk to the beach .Providence has waterfire and that is a must see

I am Carol an artist/designer, and my husband Mike is a squash pro.We are avid DIY ers always doing some project. We are originally from Ireland & England .We would love to do some weekend exchanges. We do not want to excange with smokers, we would be very upset by someone smoking in our home. We have a clean home not a pristine home we do live here.
