Cosy cabinstyle house in a large private garden. 100 m to the beach. Newly redecorated - light and airy. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with a washingmachine and a combined kitchen/livingroom with a large veranda facing west. In addition: a second building with garage and a bedroom.
Electrical heating and a fireplace. Internet acces, TV and DVD.
All in all approx. 80 sqm.

Quartier

Situated in a small area of summer houses on a bay called Lammefjord. It's populated mostly by people on holiday or weekend and a few permanent residents. Supermarket, shops and a cinema are nearby about 5 km. in a village called Vig. Here is also a trainstation and busses that take you right out to the house.
But you will benefit from the use of a car, and we are happy to offer you a swap on that too.
Holbæk (15 km) is the closest bigger town with a wide varioty of shops, aktivities, library and cultural offers throughout the year.
Copenhagen is an hours drive away.

À propos de nous

We are a family of 5: Henrik, 48, is a software-programmer and I, Charlotte, 42, am running my own bussiness, a café. We have 3 boys - Vincent, 19, is working to save some money for his futher education and Valentin, 17, is in highschool and Victor, 14, in secondary school.
We are hard working in our daily life, but love to travel whenever there's a chance, that is, of course, schoolholidays for periods up to 3 weeks but also on short trips around Europe on extended weekends.
We've lived in Luxembourg for 3 years and speak english, french and german.
Since we never seek out the most runover tourist attractions, and like to explore new places from within, homeexchange is the obvious way of discovering foreign countries and meeting people, where and how they live.



Destination

We are open to non-simultaneous swaps, since we don´t live in the house. For the same reason we would be happy to offer you hospitality, in case you might need that.
