Our 4,000 square foot newley renovated home is ideally situated in Coquitlam, British Columbia and is just steps away from the Coquitlam River for Steelhead fishing, 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. 90 minutes from Whistler / Blackcomb Ski Resorts and 2 hours to downtown Seattle, WA.

Recently updated with gourmet appliances, custom built cabinetry, hardwood floors, imported tile, two gas fireplaces and big screen entertainment centre - you might not want to leave! We are an active couple in our early 40's with 3 kids ages 14 and 17 and 10 months. He's a Vancouver Firefighter going on 18 years and I work in corporate finance. We have a big, close-knit family and friends all nearby.

We love to travel, golf and explore, both on our own or with family and friends. Happiest cooking gourmet meals and drinking fine wines at home and love to entertain, but also love to explore and experience new places, cultures, etc. Interested in all sorts of adventure travel and cultural diversity - send us your ideas!
