This is a one bedroom beautiful apartment in Belmont Hills just off of 280. San Francisco is a 20 minute drive, Palo Alto/Stanford University/Silicon Valley a 20 minute, and San Jose a 30 minute drive. There is a lake within walking distance with a beautiful bike/walk trail. Convenient to train stations and there is a bus stop right across the street. I am not a smoker, very respectful and I have swapped my place before. The apartment is about 800 square feet, and there is an outdoor heated pool, sauna, and a gym in the complex, I also have a parking spot reserved for my guest. Quartier

Gorgeous neighborhood on top of the hill very convenient and very quiet at the same time. Bus stops are across the street and the neighborhood is very lush. There is a nearby lake (you can even walk to it) where you can bike, hike or go jogging. The temperature is very pleasing all year long, you do not need air-conditioning in the summer and winter temperatures are not that cold. The neighborhood is full of deer, so you might want to be careful at nights while driving. Thank you!!
