Welcome to our Home! We are offering our custom built two storey, four bedroom home on large treed lot, backing onto Rockwood Conversation Area.

FIRST LEVEL: Formal living and dining room combo with pine flooring and vaulted ceiling. We have a piano for your enjoyment. Family room is open to the bright spacious kitchen built around a curved breakfast bar with comfortable stools. Recline on our leather couches in the family room in front of the wood burning fireplace or the TV. Walk-out through patio doors off the kitchen to the elevated deck overlooking everchanging forest. Propane BBQ and outdoor table and chairs on the deck; a great place for your morning coffee. TV, DVD, PS2, DVD player, VCR along with a wide selection of movies and music are all available. Mainfloor laundry.

SECOND LEVEL: The master bedroom is a vacation unto itself and features a queen bed, patio doors to private balcony, dressing area, ensuite with stand up shower and corner jacuzzi bath. One bedroom with single bed furnished for a young lady. Another bedroom with single bed decorated for a boy. 4 pc bathroom, Open staircase, broadloom.

BASEMENT: Completely finished and bright, walk-out basement. Large office overlooking forest with a vast assortment of literature. Third bathroom with standup shower. Large bedroom with double bed decorated for a male teen. Wide assortment of weight lifting equipment and chin bar. Rec-room is furnished with drum kit, ping pong table and table with seating for art projects. Patio doors with direct access to yard. Gas fireplace. Broadloom.

GENERAL INFO We have a cat who is very cuddly and very low maintaince. The cat can either stay or vacation elsewhere in our absence. Central Air. We have high speed wireless internet at home.

Relax and enjoy the village life of Rockwood with it's beautiful conservation area, literally in our backyard. For the nature lover and the tourist who wants to experience our all natural Canada, the conservation area offers canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, picnicing amongst the vast geological structures and waterfalls, caving, sand castle building at the beach, fishing and cross country skiing. Our home is located in a quiet and safe subdivision. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. Our lot is large and private. Rockwood itself is a vibrant community which offers the basic amenities all within walking distance; library, grocery, bank, pizza joint, our famous bakery, 5-star and family dining, spas, video rental etc. There is a park on our street for young children with swings and climbers etc.

Larger cities with all amenities are all around us within a 15 min drive.

Downtown Toronto, with all of the major tourist attractions (CN Tower) and night life, is just a one hour drive away. Toronto International Airport is 60 minutes away.

See one of the world's wonders at Niagara Falls, in a short 60 min drive away from home.

In the winter, we have ski hills for down hill skiing 20 mins and larger resorts a short one hour away.

We are also, a one hour drive to 'Mennonite country' in Waterloo Ontario, where you can experience euthentic Amish food and hand made crafts. You may even pass them in their horse drawn carriages on the roadside en route to the bustling market.

We are a family of four; with sons aged 19 and 15 and a daughter aged 10. We are interested in seeing the world and this looks to be an exciting possibility. I am a nurse. We will take care of your home with the same care and attention as we do for ours. We would love to get away over the Christmas holidays 2008 for an exchange. Please tempt us with your location. We are open to all prospects.
