Our Gozo apartment is our second home and is on the island of Gozo, Malta’s sister island. It has a spacious kitchen dinning and living area which leads to a terrace / BBQ area, with lovely views of the valley and the sea. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Our Gozo apartment is our second home and is on the island of Gozo, Malta’s sister Island. It has a spacious kitchen dinning and living area which leads to a terrace / BBQ are, with lovely views of the valley and the sea. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

We enjoy going to Gozo usually in the weekends and holidays, the slower pace of the island compared to the main land gives us a sense of tranquility and helps us wind down from our busy lives. Built on one side of a valley and just a few minutes away from the sea it gives us the best of both worlds. We welcome the long walks with our dog near the sea and the country. The village of Xlendi where the apartment is situated is very quiet in the winter but busy in the hot summer months especially August. It has some nice restaurants on the beach and also has 3 dive centers.

The island although small offers some other lovely beaches. The diving on the island is some of the best Malta has to offer, naming a few: The Blue Hole and Xatt L’Ahmar where there are 3 shipwrecks.

History also plays a big part on this island and a visit to the old Citadel is quite interesting as it offers some fantastic views all over the island apart form other interests.
Public transport is actually on the doorstep but not very frequent. A car is suggested which we can help you rent from Malta for about Euro 12 a day. This will make the crossing to Gozo much easier. The crossing takes about 30 min and boats are very frequent.

À propos de nous

Our family consists of 4. members Mum is a production manager, Dad a diver and 2 kids 20 and 17 who are still studying. Our Samoyed dog and cat usually work on there sleep most of the day. The pets are not a part of the exchange since they live on the mainland.

Destination

Since our apartment is not our main home the exchange can be non simultaneous.
We would really like to go to Wales, South London and any place where there is good diving. Dates are flexible.
