in addition there is a further toilet/utility room also on the upper level there is a outdoor covered terrace for 'al fresco' dining with extensive panoramic views extending to the Mediteranean Sea.
The house is located in the heart of the village which was designed before the motor car and as such direct vehicular access to the property is not possible. The nearest parking is some 100 meters from the property.
The village is built on a hillside which whilst allows commanding views requires good personal physical mobility.

The house is located in the very heart of Casarabonela which is a beautiful white Andulician village which according to the travel magazine VIAJAR - January 1998 is one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Spain.
The village is located at the bottom of the hillside of the Sierra De La Nieves and surrounded by the Sierra Alcaparain. The village with its prehistoric origin and Roman influence has approx. 3000 inhabitants.
The village has a wonderful municipal outdoor swimming pool which is open during the summer months in addition there are several local restaurants any many local bars. Also there is extensive local shopping a small supermarket, pharmacy , bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, hardware shop ,two banks and post office.
