one house is our, beautiful,cool traditionally designed, 4 bedroom family home available while we are on sabbatical for the academic year 1006-7. The other is a newly build 2 bedroom house, also very pretty and comfortalbe. Both share a 10 and a half metre pool. We need a swap in N. London for the year while we are sabbatical and the other home is open for rent anytime.

Quartier

San Felipe del Agua is a desreable residential area in Oaxaca becuase is lies 15 minutes north of the historical centre and has good public transport. It is also very beautiful becuase of its views to the mountains which can be seen from our gardens. Oaxaca has restaurants, museums, art gallery, archeaological sites, biking, hiking, horesriding and much more. It is a popular tourist spot and we have friends who came for a year with their children for a break and have stayed for several years in this paradise.

We are an academic couple with doctorates from the University of London (UCL & LSE), Sergio is a Mexican ethnomusicologist and Judith is a clinical psychologist and anthropologist. We have two lovely daughters aged 9 and 4 years.
