Quiet and relaxing home with a pleasant garden, heat pump (heat and cool) installed and only 5 minutes into town and 10 minutes to Mt. Maunganui. Both have good shopping, the Mount has a beautiful walk around it and terrific beaches. With the car other places are not far away such as Katikati, half an hour north and Rotorua with its thermal activities about an hour drive south.

Quartier

There is a short walk, maybe 300 metres to the park shown in picture which has a good walkway around it and a continuation along the harbour edge for quite a distance to the next park.
There is a good bus service into town but a local small shopping centre is only 5-8 minutes walk from the house if needed.

Retired lady with many friends nearby who would only be too happy to help if required.

Destination

Have a preference for the Sunshine coast, Queensland, Australia and a number of N.Z. destinations yet to be decided and dependent on what is offering.
