An apartment in a newly renovated Art Deco building.
The apartment, though small, has just been furnished with new furniture and appliances, including a fridge, TV set, Music centre, tumble dryer, etc. The building has a 24hr security service with video access control.

Quartier

Situated on the popular and well known Green Market Square in the centre of Cape Town. Central to cultural sight-seeing places, botanic gardens, historic sights and fabolous restuarants, shops and coffee shops. Quick access to tourist information centres for excursions to famous winelands, Table Mountain, and other cultural must-sees.

I am a single 52 year-old South African fond of travelling and learning about other countries and cultures. The apartment has just been purchased with the main pupose of using it in exchange for overseas holidays.

Destination

The apartment is available for most of the year and therefore a non-simultaneous exchange is in order. Would specifically like to visit New York and San Francisco in the USA.
