Few steps get you to the first terrace for sunbathing/relax - few more steps get you to the second floor with the outside lunch terrace and house entrance. Inside an american kitchnette looking at the dinning area, salon and music corner with TV on he wall. Few more steps to the third floor and one double bed room overlooking the sea and sun rise. The other bedroom (convertible double bed) opens to a mediterranean garden. Separate toilet and bathroom with combine tub/shower.
House is fully equiped and air conditioned.
Stores (food-beverages-bakers) are locate at a walking distance (3') - a nice walk of 10' and you are on a charming creek for swimming.

Our house is located in one of the highest street of Port-Vendres. This quiet area is facing the sea and overlooking the harbour - a breathtaking view -
Within 3 minutes walk you are in the middle of the fishermen reparing their nets or selling, on the side walk, their fishes freshly caught. Nearby stores and harbour with sailing and cruising boats -
Railway station and buses stop at small walking distance.
Port-Vendres is only 16 Km from Spain and about two hours from Barcelona. Perpignan is at 30 Km.

À propos de nous

We are a non-smoking young retired couple . We like to travel and enjoy meeting people. We are living nearby the nature and we, as well as our house, are moreless "zen". We talk french, english and italian. Our hobbies : sailing, hiking and art expression (Pierre is a sculpteur and Madou an abstract painter).
His architectural studies done, Pierre worked as designer and decorator.
Madou had a very colorfull live: ten-ager, she came from France to Tahiti with her parents - public ralation in moovie business she met a lot of actors such as Marlon Brando, thus brought her to manage "Tetiaroa" his ecological paradise atoll - then she married a Cap-Horner and on their 50 ft sailing boat, she discovered the Pacific, the Sea of Cortes in Mexico , then going through Panama Canal she chartered in the Caribbean.
Widow, she came back to France and since 3 years she is enjoying by the sea side, a wonderful life with Pierre.
