My home is situated at bottom of the south Island in New Zealand.Have a Mini Golf that can be run or closed to suit. make money at weekend for the weeks travelling 1 /12 hours from Mountains, 15 minutes to beach (sea) 1/2 hour to Bluff very bottom of NZ where you can catch a ferry to Stewart Island. One day will get you to west coast or Christchurch half way up south Island, My home has only been refurbished in past year from disused shops Very new with one bedroom, lounge kitchen dining. Sit in morning sun and have breakfast looking out on lovely gardens of mini golf, one tiled open plan bath room extra toilet,internet, tv, video, 10 minutes to cafes, shopping,movies. On the southern scenic route.

Quartier

You would need to have car for travel. shop and garage in township. Lovely sea veiws and beaches 15 minutes away. Wallacetown has about 280 houses .Retired couple would enjoy this life style. Quiet lazy litle town, but a good base to travel and spend days away and come back to a base. 2 hours from the famous Queenstown a day trip to Te Anau is a must as well.

I am a 49 year old woman. Have five grown chirldren, 6 grandchildren.Would be travelling by myself.but have firend that may stay with me over there. semi retired after 15 years of owning 7 day food business .Have been to Canada and states 5 times in past 4 years and wish to stay long this next time.Would take very good care of your place and expect you to do same with mine.

I have made some very good friends in the ottawa, Orrilla,Kingston,toronto areas Ontario Canada, so in any of these areas would be just great. I am flexable with dates and may be able to do two differernt home swaps during my time away.
