Our townhouse is called L'Heritage situated directly on the mountain in the area called Domaine de la Foret.

*3 bedrooms (master bedroom on 3rd floor with queen, 1st floor bedroom with queen, 1st floor bedroom with two singles)
*additional single bed in open area on 1st floor and 2 extra pull-out cots for overflow
*3 bathrooms (master includes separate bathroom with jacuzzi tub, 1st floor 3 piece, 2nd floor 2 piece)
*fully equipped kitchen with eat-in breakfast table for 4-6
*dining room with seating for 8-10
*cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace
*separate TV room (big-screen TV with satellite)
*large balcony (with barbecue)
*ski-in/ski-out location (easy walk to the village or take the regularly scheduled mini-bus)
*dishwasher, washer & dryer
*heated garage (additional parking for up to 2 vehicles).

We also have a home in Ottawa that we can offer (see ref 6039) so that you can see another part of Canada.

Mont Tremblant Resort is located in the beautiful Laurentian mountains of Quebec, Canada. It offers the perfect setting for your winter vacations and summer escapes. With over 600 acres of skiing and snowboarding terrain, a picturesque village and the best public golf courses in Quebec, there's lots to see and do. Mt Tremblant has been rated the #1 Ski Resort in Eastern North America but Mt Tremblant is as majestic during summer as it is during winter. The resort has seen $4B of investment to date with another $1B being invested in a new development at Versant Soleil complete with a Casino and convention centre.

L'Heritage townhouse is located on the mountain with fabulous views of surrounding area, Mt Tremblant Lake and across the valley looking onto L'Geant golf course. In winter, visitors can use the ski-in/ski-out for easy access to the mountain. Easy walking access to the village of Mt Tremblant - or use the regularly scheduled, free bus shuttles throughout the year. L'Heritage is one of the finest on-mountain townhouses in all of Tremblant.

À propos de nous

Our family of 5 includes our adult daughter of 24 now working as a medical sales rep in Toronto, our other adult daughter of 21 now completing her studies in Denmark and our 17 yr old son now in his final high school year. My wife works for the Canadian government research labs as a business manager and I work in high tech as a CEO of an early stage semiconductor company.

We speak English and French.

Destination

The property at Tremblant is our second property and so it can be a non-simultaneous exchange. We would also be prepared to offer our home in Ottawa, Ontario as part of the exchange. See reference 6039.

We are interested in a location that can serve as a base for sightseeing and road biking, although we open to all options!
