Maison

Our home is comfy and functional. Bedroom, large living room and a kitchen, which equipped with all the normal cooking equipment. Bathroom was renovated couple of years back, and there is sauna downstairs, available once week or by request. The balcony opens to a small park. The most comfortable sofa ever! Wireless internet and the use of a brand new iMac included. We also have 2 bikes and 2 pairs of cross country skis that can be used.

Quartier

15 minutes to the city center by metro, and the metro station is about 5 minutes walk. So not very central but the surroundings are green and beautiful, especially in the summer. The neighborhood is charming 50's area with cute colored houses. The sea is just 500 meters away, although it's 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are lots of beautiful nature and wildlife around - arboretum, bird watching towers, nature reserve... great nature paths for walking and jogging. Or cross-country skiing and ice skating, if you come during the winter. And still it's very convenient to get to the town. The supermarket is located by the metro station, as well as some other stores.
The exhange includes a tiny 12 square meter summer gottage, which is located 20 minutes walk from the flat. There is bed for 2 persons, kitchen equipment, gas hob, wood burning stove, open fire and firewood, small garden... Fun place to enjoy the summer day or cook open doors, and kids love it there! There is a small beach nearby the cottage.

À propos de nous

We Heli and Robin, both in our mid 30's and in creative professions (animator and illustrator). We also have 1 year old child, so our place is safe and equipped with baby-stuff.
We are interested in music and visual arts. Cycling, camping, gardening and other nature-stuff is great too.

Destination

The location must be baby-friendly and it needs to be a simultaneous exchange. We are especially interested going to Portland or somewhere Mediterranean. Could possibly be for longer period as well, and we are open for suggestions.
