There's a washing machine and dryer.
A bit noisy,you can hear the neighboors on the stairs.

This location is the most central place in Amsterdam. Near the Nieuwmarkt,Waterloosquare,Damsquare,the redlight district and a 10 min walk or 1 stop on the subway to central station.
The appartment is clean and comfy in super cute neighbourhood.

This location is the most central place in Amsterdam. 3 minwalk to the Nieuwmarkt,Waterloosquare,the redlight district. 10 min walk to Central station(or one stope on the subway),Damsquare,muntsquare.
When you walk in to the neighboorhood it's like a small escape from all the busyness of the city.It's peacefull and beatiful with small typical Amsterdam houses surrounded by 2 canals and hardly any cars.
The "real" Amsterdam feeling....You'll love it!
