Hi, the apartment is from Pacevill and from the commercial center of Bay street around 400Mt. Despite the proximity to Pacevill, the house is situated in a residential and calm zone in the place of Swieqi and to around 50 mt there are 2 markets and a Bus stop for Valletta. Unfortunately, being the very new house and having bought it from not too long, there has not yet been possible to make some photos, but we can furnish to you in June when also we will go on vacation! In the meantime I can describe you in the detail the house: - new kitchen, complete of: refrigerator with freezer, oven and microwave oven,wash machine,(dishes, pots etc etc) - Saloon with bed couch for 2 person, reader dvd and tv, conditioned air and fixed telephone working with international phone card, great table. - Small study with internet position. - Balcony - bedroom with new furnitures and with bath-shower - new small bedroom (for 1 person) - other bedroom with matrimonial canopy bed. P.S. all the 3 bedrooms are endowed with new mattresses and lamps with fan . - Principal bath with tub - To the superior plan there is a place with washing machine and big balcony solarium (chairs, table and great ombrellone, barbecue and with ample panning). The apartment is to the second floor of a small villa with only 2 families. Naturally there are in endowment pillows, sheets, coverlet and blankets, tablecloths. I hope to have been the most exhaustive possible, in attends to be able to send you the photos that, as we have told you, we can send only you in June.
