Our new home, built in 2007, is a wonderful rambler style home with 1400 sq feet and another 400 sq feet with the back patio. This three car garage home with handicap accessible ramps to all exterior doors is a perfect swap for a clean family with kids. This home comes with Dish Network TV, 55 inch big screen, DVD/VHS player, wireless internet access. The home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one master suit and two bedrooms with two main floor bathrooms and main floor laundry. Our home is located about 1.5 hours to the north of some of the best skiing in the United States, Solitude, Powder Mountain, Brighten, just to name a few. It is located about 1.5 hours drive from downtown Salt Lake City. A short scenic drive north will take you to Jackson Hole and on to Yellow Stone National Park. Our home sits below the Wellsville Mountains, part of the Rocky Mountains. In the summer you can hike, bike, run trails, canoe, fish, hunt, water ski, BBQ on the back patio, or just take a summer walk and enjoy the mountain area. In the winter, you can, snow shoe, snowmobile, cross country ski, snow ski and other outdoor winter activities. This home is a perfect swap for a family of 4 or if you don’t mind sleeping on the floor, you could add more people. Our basement is 1400 sq feet and is unfinished. This is perfect for gear or if you like people can sleep on an air mattress.

Quartier

Our neighborhood has 34 homes with 34 really nice, friendly, families. If you have the opportunity to meet them you will be warmly welcomed to the area. Most families in our area have young children that spend their time outside playing together. Our home is part of an HOA that has 5.5 arcs of green space, 3.5 arcs of open park, a swing set, playground and volleyball court. All this comes with a great view of Cache Valley. At night you can hear the crickets chirping and the sound of sprinklers watering the back country side. This neighborhood is very quiet and most of all very peaceful. You will not be disappointed.
Transportation – we have a car that you can use. Our neighborhood is not near public transportation. You will need a car to get to where you want to go.

We are a family of three; my wife Dana age 28 is a bookkeeper to a local tourist attraction, The American West Heritage Center. I, Ryan age 33, am a project manager at ScyTek Laboratories, Inc. My son, Spencer age 8, loves sports, Star Wars, Legos, game cube, books and anything outdoors. Since our move into the new home, he has spent his time catching grasshoppers and preying mantis. Our family loves the outdoors and seeing new places. Our moto is everywhere has something to offer and something interesting to see. We are an easy going, very clean, fun loving family. If you were to come over and observe us for an evening you would see us playing a board/card game with friends, or hanging out with neighbors. Our strengths are we meet people very well. Destination

We are very flexible and open to suggestions. We would consider a non-simultaneous exchange, the dates are very flexible and we are very open to anywhere in the world, provided the cost of airfare to your location is reasonable. Anywhere tropical is at the top of the list.
