We 've been here for many years and find that the friendly atmosphere of the neighbourhood and the wonderful pool and outdoor entertainment areas mean there is always company around. I am an amateur musician and a piano is available if requested! I work in the corporate world for one of Australia's largest companies and coming home to this apartment is the perfect de-stress tonic! As there is sunshine all year round, and lots of light I feel like I'm always on holidays! Whenever I need to shop or take in a movie, I just walk outside and I'm there. I can't think of a better location for someone looking for Australian atmosphere with all the modern conveniences.

I am willing to exchange with others in North Europe and England. Prefer to be in location with train or bus route nearby. Dates are flexible. Contact me if you are interested in coming to beautiful Sydney. My apartment has Sydney Harbour views including the Sydney Opera House, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, outdoor entertainment facilities including BBQ. We are on the us routes to every part of Sydney and interstate, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from Bondi Beach.I am on the twenty first floor and the wide balcony means you can sit in the sunshine all day. The apartment is sundrenched amd the ocean breeze is wonderful on hot evenings.
