If you are interested the call of the loons and starlit evenings this four bedroom, two bathroom, lakeside cottage near Algonquin Park, in spectacular Northern Ontario will easily accomodate you. This four season retreat has a wraparound deck, screened porch, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, lakeside woodburning traditional Finnish sauna, large, two level dock, two person kayak, miles of boating, excellent fishing, and pristine swimming waters. Privacy is guaranteed. The cottage is winterized and downhill skiing is a half hour away. Local store and community center is three minutes away. As it is a vacation home, the swap does not have to be simultaneous.

We were looking to purchase a piece of paradise - quiet and secluded - and we found this vacation home fit the bill. If you enjoy experiencing nature - it is at the doorstep. Forests abound. Bunnies, deer, woodpeckers and hummingbirds make regular appearances. The view off the deck overlooks the lake. Our neighbours are very friendly and since the town nearby is quite small, you will be welcomed easily. The town has a library, general store, gas station, liquor store, bistro, a gift shop and a snack shop for hamburgers, french fries and ice cream.

If you're looking for peace, this is the best place to get some. If you are interested in City Life, we have a three bedroom, two bathroom, two storey home in a desirable, family neighbourhood in Toronto. Leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, carpets, heated ceramic floors, French door, Corian counters, gas stove, six foot spa tub. Separate dining room - seats 10. Spacious living rooms with wood burning fireplace and Italian leather furniture and a sound system that will blow you away. Outdoor dining on a large patio, Weber BBQ, fenced yard and garden. Majestic Maple tree on front lawn. Lower level, windowed lounge space in a "Garden Theme" - complete with white picket fence, 30 inch television with surround sound, heated slate floor with queen sized futon and comfortable chairs. À propos de nous

We are a married couple in our 40's with two teenaged daughters. We work in medical research and advertising and speak english. One daughter has fairly advanced skills in French. We love to golf and swim. And seeing Europe is a new area of interest for us as a family.

Destination

We would love to go anywhere in Europe to explore history.
