Maison

Spacious ranch style home with three bedrooms. We converted one living room into fourth bedroom with beautiful Soji screens. Open kitchen and family room with fireplace. Plus, we have also converted the garaged into a 20x20 second family room, with large southern facing windows overlooking a labrynth meditation garden. Backyard has large deck attached to out of ground small pool, various fruits and lovely organic vegetable and herb gardens.

Quartier

Quiet retirement-like small neighborhood located very close drive to Rehoboth Beach and many state parks, historical landmarks, etc. Our neighborhood has community park with crabbing pier. Very close to boat launches and area attractions. A general summer resort area.

Easy going family who loves to travel. Brasilian and American couple, between us two, we speak English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Destination

This can be non-simultaneous exchange. We have in mind a trip to Orlando FL in early February for us (our flights are for Feb 4th to the 14th). Exchange dates (you coming to Delaware) can be flexible.
