Maison

The house is a 4 bedroom Lockwood home. The walls are all timber and the exterior aluminium. There is plenty of deck space for outdoor living. Very maintainance free. You take about 50 steps and you are on the beach.

Quartier

Pukehina is a quiet beach settlement( about 1000 houses). The beach is used by many for fishing, boating and swimming.

Pukehina is about 40 minutes by car from Whakatane and Tauranga. About 50 minutes from Rotorua and less then 2 hours from Taupo and Hamilton. As this suggests it is central to the main centres and tourist attractions.

There is many golf clubs in the Bay of Plenty and the closest is 15 minutes on the way to Te Puke the nearest town.

À propos de nous

I have recently retired form teaching in Taupo and my wife has just retired form being a Plunket Nurse. The last 12 months has been spent altering and adding to this house at Pukehina.

We are keen to exchange anywhere.

Destination

Exchange does not need to be simultaneous. We are also open to any suggestions on dates. In 2009 we are very interested in UK and Wales if at all pssible
