Maison

Our home has two comfy bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed (King sized duvet!) Ceiling fan, ‘Gentleman’s Wardrobe’ which will be clear for your clothes and a chaise lounge for relaxing on. The other bedroom has a single French day bed, dressing table and flat screen TV. The main bathroom has a bath with shower mixer heated towel rail and cut glass mirror.

Downstairs comprises of a very comfy living room with a two seated sofa and two tub chairs, open fire, Digital TV, DVD player and many books for you to read if you get time! The dining room consists of a handmade gothic dining table, Hi-fi, a medieval pew seat and floor standing candelabra with French doors leading on to the landscaped garden, Moving on to the kitchen, its fully equipped for cooking a gourmet dinner or just a take-out! There is a Coffee machine which can do anything from a Frothy Cappuccino to a Latte Macchiato, a blender, microwave, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer! There is also a small downstairs toilet.

Our home is situated in the heart of Stony Stratford, a quaint English market town surrounded by beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, The town is situated about halfway between London and Birmingham and halfway between Oxford and Cambridge, you can be in central London by train in just 30 mins! The town boasts many great little shops, many traditional English inns serving real ales and traditional pub food, and many other restaurants (one for every taste!) and all within walking distance. But we are also lucky to be on the door step of the ultra modern new city of Milton Keynes boasting an indoor real snow ski-slope and indoor real sky-diving (yes really!!) many great shops and super entertainment facilities

My name is Karen (26)im a contracts administrator for our family building business. Ash (34) is a Self employed sign writer and we have a small dog called Rusty who is a very well behaved Cavalier King Charles (he doesnt travel with us, he stops with his Nanny when we are away! so you wont have to look after him) We are both very keen on fitness and the great outdoors. We both look forward to sharing our home and town with you.

Destination

We are open to any offers for 1 week to 2 week stays, but would like to go to New York for Halloween time 2007. Open to any destination.
