The flat is 47 sq. meter, has 3 pieces: (1) bedroom, (2) living with an open kitchen, (3) a complete bathroom with a bath.

WLAN included.

In this building there are just 4 flats: upstairs lives a nice guy, in the front door a friend of me with his girlfriend, and downstairs his parents.

There's a nice garden in the front and a cellar to store things.

Quartier

Zehlendorf is a well-known district in Berlin because of its green areas and lakes. There are three lakes close to the flat: Waldsee is about 1 km from the door, Schlachtensee is about 1,5 km, and the Krumme Lanke about 2 km. The forest is about 400 meters from here.

So you can have a close contact with the nature, although you haven't left the city: the closest supermarks are about 7 minutes by walking (2 minutes on bike), as well as a laundry, drug store, banks, grocery... You have three different buses right on the corner, the S-Bahn (Mexikoplatz) goes through the city needing 25 minutes to arrive to Brandenburg Gate, and the U-Bahn (Krumme Lanke) goes to Ku'damm in 20 minutes. You have the possibility to arrive at home at any moment of the day/night using the public transport.
