Maison

My house is small but clean and inviting. People always come over and love how open and homey it is. It is perfect for relaxing by the fire in the winter or nice and sunny in the summer. There is all new furniture and beds. I have a big yard and great neighbors. I live in Fort Collins, a cute college town at the foothills of the Rockies. It is only 30 minutes from the Poudre River for whitewater rafting, 30 minutes from hiking and camping, 1 1/2 hours from backcountry skiing, and 2 hours from the base of a resort mountain. The town is friendly and full of great restaurants and breweries, including New Belgium and O'dells to name a few. There is cable, big screen TV, Xbox, Playstation 2, wireless internet, washer/dryer, 3 bicyles to ride around town, dishwasher, and a charming natural gas fireplace.

Quartier

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It is on the outskirts of Old Town, which is what they call downtown. The neighborhood is close to many amenities and in biking distance to all the bars and restaurants. It is also one block from the bus stop if you prefer. This is a small town and nothing is very far. But it is also only an hour from Denver if you want to go to a big city, and an hour from even smaller mountain towns as well as Rocky Mountain National Park.

I am a chemistry graduate student at Colorado State University, and I live with my fiance who is also a chemistry graduate sudent. We bought this house over a year ago and have been fixing it up ever since. We have refinished the wood floors, painted, landscaped, etc. We love our little cottage, and the outdoors. We could help show you of the nice places to go around here. We are very busy and can only go on short vacations usually. We can usually take off for no more than a week maybe more depending on where we were going. We are very responsible and clean. We don't have any pets or children.

Destination

My dates are very flexible. Holiday exchanges are fine. Does not have to be simultaneous.
