This was once home to Britains richest man (William Beckford.)

Grecian style kitchen: (19’8” x 15’10”) Twin sash windows to rear (with fitted shutters), range of base units comprising storage cupboards, drawers and shelves, fitted fridge-freezer and Large Range stainless steel oven, granite work-tops with inset stainless steel double drainer unit with mixer tap over and fitted gas hob with stainless steel extractor fan over. The dining area which seats 8 people comfortably.

Large Drawing room has a libriary book case, gas flame fire and a 52" Plasma screen TV with SKY and FREE VIEW CHANNELS.
On the next floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Quartier

Situated above the famous Royal Crescent, there is a wonderful view overlooking Bath with sheep grazing at the front, we have a short 15 minute walk in to the main high street (Milsom St) in the city centre which is approx 600 metres down hill.
Lansdown is one of Bath's premier locations, to the right of the property there is an approach gold course this leads to the Royal Victoria Park which has mini golf, tennis & a very large childrens play area.
The train station is 10 minutes in a taxi or 20 minute walk, there are a number of good pubs with live music, wine bars and shops within walking distance.
Roman Bath is unique, 2006 the new Spa opened and Stonehenge is half an hr away.

Bath is in the south-west of England. Its antique story and its beautiful buildings have given it the recognition of “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO.
Bath’s reputation is connected to its thermal baths, which give it the name.
The water comes from a natural underground reserve with a temperature of 47 °C; it is the unique place in GreatWhen the Romans left the island, the baths were abandoned until the Victorian Age, when it became popular to go on thermal holidays.
The other great age of the city was the Georgian one when Bath became famous for the game of chance and for the beautiful life. More of the most beautiful buildings of the city are of XVII century.

We are a family with 2 boys age 9yrs and 16yrs, we have two businesses a beautiful Italian restaurant overlooking the famous Bath weir and a field sales & marketing agency.WE are very house proud, we enjoy life and have many a dinner party and anjoy fine wines.
We enjoy holidays by the sea or city breaks & ski holidays.

We enjoy quality time together is important as we are always so busy.
We enjoy travelling and seeing different places these have included:
The Cook Islands, Tahiti, Tonga, Australia,Thailand, Bali, Singapore, USA, Hawaii, Italy, Spain, France, USA, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Portugal, New Zealand, USA Dubai etc

WE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO NEW YORK FOR 5 NIGHTS IN 09 IDEALLY OCT NOV TIME. WE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO TURKEY OR THE CARRIBEAN, BAHAMAS, BALI, ITALY OR THE STATES.

Destination

We would prefer Greece, Italy, Turkey, Bahamas, Carribean, New York, Mardrid Barcelona
